Initial Consultation
To help you achieve your dream garden, we start with an initial 90 minute on-site consultation. This gives us an opportunity to not only assess the site and it’s conditions, but also discuss your needs, lifestyle, and find out what your vision for the garden is, as well as sharing our initial thoughts and ideas. Following the initial consultation we prepare a design fee proposal and client brief, outlining the scope of the project. There is fee for this initial consultation.
Concept Design
The initial concept plan will be developed using the client brief and site analysis. This package will include the proposed layout, suggested materials and a planting palette, as well as supporting documentation to help express the design outcome. This is a dynamic, working document, where the final design is resolved. Once the Concept has been signed off, we move to documenting the design.
Documentation
On finalising the concept design, we proceed with documentation. Depending on the scope established, this generally includes the following documentation: landscape plan, planting plan, planting schedule, lighting plans, materials schedule, set out and surfaces plan, design details and specifications. This is used to tender the project, ensuring the landscapers have all the information they need to construct and price the project.
Construction and Beyond
We can provide recommendations for skilled landscape contractors based on the location and size of your project. We can help review quotes and assist with engaging contractors.
We can consult throughout the project and provide advice throughout construction, to ensure an outstanding result and client satisfaction.
If required, we are also assist with the procurement of plants, outdoor furniture and ornaments for your project, using a range of select suppliers.
Once completed, a maintenance schedule can be provided, or we can recommend maintenance professionals, to ensure that you can keep your garden looking at its best,
Fees
Our Landscape Design Fees generally start at around $5,000 plus GST, depending on the scope of the project
